Vee Two Shipping and Refund Policy
We ship our products worldwide.
After you place an order, we will calculate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your chosen items.
We use Australia Post to ship items worldwide will select the quickest and safest possible way to ship your goods. For overseas orders, we prefer to send via Express Courier International as a door to door tracking service is included. Sending items via a non-express method will cost less, but Vee Two will not be held responsible for any missing packages if you opt for any method other than Express Courier International.
Shipping rates are calculated on Australia Post charges and we will contact you if the freight cost is greater than calculated.
All new, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less any freight and handling costs if it was incorrectly supplied, or has been damaged in transit.
We will not accept refunds on items that don't fit due to incorrect make/model information. If in doubt check the part number with your local Ducati specialist or main dealer.
Once we have received the item a credit will be issued within 3-5 working days so long as these terms are met.
